It all began with an idea and our Beauregard, a light wheaten liver nose Rhodesian Ridgeback.
We wanted an independent, spirited, and loyal dog to make our house a home so we looked towards the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed. What we got was a show sensation, which ignited our own competitive spirits. We added Lona, our red wheaten black nose female. Then on a trip to bring them home from showing I found our Quinn a red wheaten liver nose Rhodesian ridgeback. Recently, Quinn bred a beautiful litter of 9, and we added our Chaka to our pack. Now, there’s no looking back.
All of our Rhodesian Ridgeback pups are fun, loving, happy, and have sweet temperaments, as well as substance, beauty, and conformation. They are willing to please without losing their own desires to play practical jokes and keep you on your toes.
Our Grand Champion and champions are all retired and pass the time every day following me from room to room, finding the best sunspots throughout the house, as well as lay at my feet in the office. They have enriched my life, and I love each and every one of them for their unique personalities…and their love of each other.
Chaka is now out learning the ropes of showing and will carry on the Spring Valley genes into the next generation when her time comes.
